Front Desk Supervisor- Adult Substance Abuse Department
Adapt is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist Supervisor, referred to as Healthcare Services Coordinators, works directly with patients in-person and on the phone.

This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of the Front Desk Receptionist staff, and is responsible for carrying out supervisory duties, such as training, assigning work, appraising performance, coaching, and developing employees and staff scheduling. This position will also perform the duties of the employees supervised.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s Degree preferably in business or healthcare preferred.
Experience of 5 years in healthcare required. Associate’s Degree may substitute 2 years of experience. Bachelor’s Degree may substitute 4 years of experience.
Experience working in an electronic health record; experience in EPIC preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
One year's supervisory experience managing employees and administering policies preferred.
Ability to set limits with difficult patients.
