Senior Associate, Quantitative Investment Consultant

The firm invests in all types of private equity funds, including venture capital and leveraged buyout funds in addition to directly in operating companies.Company Perks and RewardsBase salary $120,000 – $135,000 + 25% bonusBenefits, 401K, PTO and other perksHybrid work model (4 days in office)Career development and growth potentialRelocation package availableThe RoleIn this position, you will leverage your expertise in quantitative investment research to consult institutional clients on optimizing their investment strategies through the use of data-driven technology. You are responsible for driving engagement with institutional clients and prospects, promoting adoption of proprietary investment technology platforms, and partnering across internal teams to deliver insights that enhance investment decision-making.Partner with Investor Relations and Client Service to actively engage clients and prospects using various tools, positioning them as essential resources for manager selection and portfolio construction.Drive adoption through tailored discussions, impactful presentations, and demonstrations that showcase how our solutions elevate investment processes.Host product demos and facilitate deeper conversations with investment expert to highlight the company as a strategic differentiator.Contribute to lead generation and define success metrics for product engagement and team interactions.Create educational materials, commentary, standard explanatory content, talking points, and presentations that simplify complex quantitative concepts for diverse internal and external audiences.Partner with investment teams to integrate systematic, data-driven insights into decision-making processes, improving efficiency and supporting strategies for stronger outcomes.Partner with Product Management to refine product roadmap based on market trends and investor feedback.Gather competitive intelligence and identify opportunities for product differentiation.Support investor communications by translating quantitative concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging.Your QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred; CFA or CAIA designation a plus.5+ years of experience in institutional relationship management or business development, private equity, asset management, or related financial services role.Knowledge and expertise in quantitative research and data modeling in an investment context.Exposure to private equity, private markets or alternative investments coupled with an understanding of portfolio construction.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical audiences; strong presentation and writing skills.Experience in marketing strategy and content development within financial services is a plus.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R) and financial modeling a plus.Expected Compensation: $120-135k base + 25% bonusExisting Position Vacancy: YesI really look forward to hearing from you, but please understand that I will only be contacting those that are applicable for the role.Options Consulting Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all individuals.
