Job Duties Instructors plan and carry out instructional activities, maintain records and reports on student attainment and progress, and participate in professional development activities. Minimum Qualifications A Master’s Degree in the teaching discipline or a related discipline is the preferred credential for teaching FYE. A Bachelor’s Degree in any area may be considered if accompanied by experience with college student success or student services processes – i.e. advising.
