Location: Evansville, IN, 47712SummaryThis position performs various tests, compares product to standard, to ensure the desired product characteristics are achieved before material is released to the customer.Essential FunctionsPerforms shift start up and shutdown procedures including determining status of operation from previous shift’s lab technicians, review log book, test sample log and line formula boardPerforms all testing requirements to ensure product specifications are metMonitors/evaluates production runs, makes necessary changes to meet target specificationsCommunicates in timely fashion all non-conformances to affected individualsPerforms finished lot review, creates finished goods blending formulaSubmits COA to Quality Control Manager for final reviewProvides timely data entryEnsures housekeeping and safety standards are metWilling to support customer demand when overtime is necessaryThis position description may not be all inclusive.
