The role involves driving revenue growth through new business development, building and nurturing relationships with accounts, identifying leads, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Business Development Account Manager will collaborate across teams to align business solutions with client needs to ensure continued satisfaction and mutual success.QualificationsExperience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, 2 to 4 yearsStrong Account Management and Customer Service skillsExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively build relationships, understand client challenges, and meet business targetsProven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with retail technology or related industries is a strong assetSelf-motivated, results-driven, with a focus on meeting objectivesProficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travel approximately 30% (primarily day travel, with air travel and overnight stays approximately 1-2 times per quarter)
