Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | Co-Founder

Havn is building the next generation of travel safety: combining real-world executive protection strategies with modern technology to create a more connected, intelligent layer of protection for travelers.We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join as a founding member and help lead the build of the Havn platform from the ground up.This is not a traditional CTO role. This is a builder’s role.What You’ll Do:Lead the technical vision, architecture, and development of the Havn app/platformGuide MVP development and product roadmapIntegrate modern technologies, including AI-driven features and location-based systemsCollaborate closely on UX/UI to ensure a clean, intuitive user experienceBuild, lead, and scale a team of engineers and developers over timePlay a key role in early-stage strategy, fundraising, and long-term growth What We’re Looking For:Founder mindset with a strong bias toward action and buildingExperience in software development and system architectureFamiliarity with AI integration and modern product ecosystemsStrong understanding of UX/UI and product design principlesAbility to lead and mentor technical teamsComfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environmentsImportant:Havn is an early-stage startup and is not currently generating enough revenue to pay founding members a salary. This role is unpaid at the outset and is structured as a co-founder opportunity.
