AI Enablement Lead (Akron)

Dizario Search is conducting a search for an AI Enablement Lead located in Northeast Ohio. This opportunity is with a well-established global organization looking to expand and scale the use of Artificial Intelligence across the business in a practical, secure, and responsible way. The AI Enablement Lead will work across multiple business units to identify opportunities for AI adoption, support pilot initiatives, and help drive company-wide AI strategy and education.AI Enablement Lead Responsibilities:Lead AI-focused initiatives that improve business processes, productivity, and overall operational effectivenessPartner with leadership teams to identify practical AI opportunities across the organizationSupport and guide pilot programs from early concept through implementationEducate internal teams on emerging AI tools, trends, and real-world applicationsHelp establish best practices and governance around AI usage and securityCollaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and operational leadership on AI-related initiativesBuild relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and industry resourcesDrive adoption and organizational engagement around AI capabilities and innovationAssist in developing internal resources, frameworks, and training materials related to AI usageAI Enablement Lead Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytics, engineering, business, or related discipline5-8+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, innovation, analytics, or related fieldsExperience leading cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership teamsStrong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, copilots, and emerging technologiesAbility to connect technical capabilities to practical business applications and measurable resultsHands-on mindset with experience evaluating or implementing new technologies in business environmentsStrong communication and organizational influence skillsIf you're interested in learning more, please apply or reach out to Nadine Flynn at nflynn@dizariosearch.com
