Heating Air Conditioning Technician

Summary:We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician, who has worked on commercial equipment, to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration equipment to support a safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient environment across our facilities.Responsibilities:• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control components.• Identify and resolve issues involving heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration units while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant repairs.• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to uphold indoor air quality and optimize system performance; complete detailed and accurate service documentation.• Maintain and manage inventory of parts, materials, and supplies—including coordinating orders, tracking usage, and confirming deliveries.• Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to support planning, procurement, and long-term maintenance strategies.• Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.• Perform additional related duties as needed.Qualifications:• Valid HVAC License required• Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing HVAC and refrigeration systems• Strong mechanical, electrical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams• Valid driver’s license
