Our Delivery Drivers may be a frequent point of contact with Colectivo customers and therefore are a representative of Colectivo,with good customer service skills.Specific ResponsibilitiesDelivery of product in a timely, safe and quality manner with invoices or other necessary documentationProvide friendly and respectful customer service to co-workers, vendors and customersReturn empty containers to Colectivo, as neededMaintain vehicle including cleaning, fueling, fluid level checks and notification of oil changesRelay all issues, comments and concerns from customers to ManagerClean work areas as neededMaintain a safe and consistent driving record to ensure quality customer service and transportation of productPickup product as scheduled or requestedWill assist or fill in for other driver routes, as neededAssist with additional maintenance and support duties as requested by ManagerRequirementsEDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalentClean driving record and valid Wisconsin driver license Able to lift a minimum of 70lbs. Great customer service skillsAbility to read map, take directions, and work independently Must be available to work holidaysObtain and retain a DOT Physical Certificate (FedMed Card)
