Join us as our Headquarters Office Lead—a pivotal position responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations and ensuring a seamless workplace experience for both employees and visitors.This is more than a front desk job. You’ll set the standard for service and office operations, while collaborating with creative thinkers, industry leaders, and innovators.What You’ll DoAs the face of our NYC headquarters and the leader of front-office operations, you’ll help ensure that everyone who enters our space has an enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:Manage Front Desk and Guest Services:Ensure all employees, visitors, clients, and vendors are welcomed and directed appropriately with professionalism and care.Represent Our Brand and Values:Act as a visible ambassador for our company culture. Lead by example in embodying our values in every interaction — in person, by phone, and via email.Oversee Office Operations: Manage day-to-day front desk activities, phone operations, and guest logistics. Coordinate with building security, manage visitor protocols, and ensure seamless badge access and onboarding support with facilities and HR for new hires and VIPs.Maintain Office Aesthetics and Functionality:Ensure all common areas — including reception, kitchens, conference rooms, and pantries — are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Lead initiatives for maintaining a high-functioning and welcoming office environment.Coordinate Supplies and Vendor Relations:Work with F&B vendor to monitor and replenish food and beverages as needed. Coordinate with Facilities for maintenance, repairs of office and beverage equipment, and refill pantry supplies as needed.Support Space Planning and Meeting Logistics:Manage internal contact lists, meeting room calendars, and workspace coordination for employees and visitors. Partner with Facilities and HR as needed on space utilization and move planning.Mentor and Train Team Members: Provide training and oversight for backup coverage, ensuring consistency and a seamless office experience for all.Contribute to Office Culture:Proactively support cross-functional projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience, office efficiency, and company culture.What You BringA strong sense of leadership and pride in delivering exceptional serviceOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced headquarters environmentHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyConfidence to take initiative and improve processesComfort with Microsoft Office and general office systemsA collaborative, can-do attitude and the desire to be part of a thriving teamPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.1–3 years’ experience in an office assistant, hospitality, customer service, or administrative role (internships count!).Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Familiarity with office technology and workplace software (e.g., MS Office 365, Kadence/ conference booking system).What’s in It for YouAn insider’s view into a top sports & entertainment company.The opportunity to shape the office culture and staff experience.Direct exposure to cross-functional projects and the opportunity to take on added responsibilities.A culture that rewards initiative, innovation, and collaboration.
