Hotel Breakfast Cook Attendant $20/hour - PART TIME or FULL TIME Availability
We are hiring for a part-time and year-round Breakfast Cook/Attendant with a set schedule of 4 shifts/week with dedicated days off; or will hire two Part-Time to fill the role. Interact with guests while ensuring a clean and plentiful breakfast offering. Morning Positivity is the best way to start a day.
The Breakfast Cook/Attendant is responsible for cooking and baking, warming and replenishing breakfast buffet items for our delicious buffet breakfast we serve at room property Lord Camden Inn. Schedule starts each day at 5am and is typically finished by 1pm or earlier. Out early to enjoy the rest of your day!
Set Schedules (weekends and holidays are required)

Start your day off with smiles because everyone loves breakfast! This is a great position for the person that is an early riser and likes to have the bigger part of their day for personal time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Prepare, present, serve and replenish the Hotel’s buffet breakfast available to hotel guests;
Prepare specialty foods such as scrambled eggs, baked goods, bacon, sausage, quiches, brewed coffee, juices, hot cereals & fruit salads, cookies following specific recipes and methods;
Maintain a clean, safe and productive kitchen environment that adheres to the Hotel's policies and all applicable State Health codes. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils;
Operate cooking equipment such as cook top, oven, microwave, refrigerators, dishwashing equipment;
Provide creative input on meal presentation, setup and themed displays to enhance the meal experience and guest satisfaction;
Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome, use a positive, clear speaking voice, listen attentively to understand guest requests, respond with appropriate action, and provide accurate information about our local area such as points of interest, places to shop and eat;
Maintain inventory control procedures by evaluating food and beverage needs for current and future demands. Ordering or purchasing food and paper supplies as needed;
Assist in receiving, unloading & stocking of food & supply deliveries;
Maintain a clean and safe dining room environment, bussing and cleaning tables as soon as guests are finished with their meal;
Complete side work duties and any deep clean projects throughout your shift during slow periods.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
High school diploma or equivalent education preferred;
Previous culinary experiences in breakfast proficiency;
Baking knowledge and qualifications a must;
ServSafe certification a plus but not required. Training/certification provided after 90 days of employment.
