Warehouse Lead 1st Shift Job Category: Warehouse Requisition Number: WAREH001351Posted: April 30, 2026Full-TimeOn-siteSchuyler, NE 68661, USAJob Details Description Reports to: Warehouse SupervisorCommon tasks:Able to lead and motivate a group of employees.Understands the warehouse workflow and can efficiently execute tasks.Complete necessary paperworkPerform basic dock tasks such as scanning, wrapping pallets.Use material handling equipment to load and unload trailers.Perform start and end of shift tasks including sweeping and cleaning in the warehouse.Some manual material handling may be required.Case picking and building pallets as required by customers.Opportunities to advanceNor-Am values promoting employees from within and offers internal leadership programs for front line employees who are interested in growing in their leadership capacity.Preferred Experience and EducationEntry level candidates are welcome!2 years of warehouse experience with forklift operation may qualify for a higher start rate.HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.Our warehouse is cold. You must be able to work in a wide range of temperatures from -20F to 80F.
