To provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Develop and maintain expert functional knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends.ResponsibilitiesFull life-cycle project managementEstablish and lead project teamsDevelop project plan/scope/schedule/cost/communicationsProcure and/or manage resources/timelines/deadlines/qualityRisk, Issue and Change managementEnsure successful project implementationScope of responsibility - Broad scopeLead, guide and mentor less experienced staffProvide input and make budgetary recommendations regarding staffing and equipment - Considerable impactApply engineering principles into the design and enhancement of new and existing systemsDocument new system components, or modifications to existing componentsEnsure the security and integrity of system and product solutions including compliance with Navy Federal, industry engineering and Information Security principles and practicesPerform engineering tasks and assignments in support of business needsPerform engineering technology research, procurement, deployment, and configuration for new and modified systemsProvide technical leadership in the architecture discipline and development of information technology solutionsPresent clear, organized and concise information to all audiences through a variety of media to enable effective business decisionsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM and associated Power Platform technical solutions (including strong experience with Power Automate)Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical discipline)8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for educationHands-on experience working with JavaScript, C#, .NET, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps & Power Automate Flow; database platforms including SQLServer; development tools such as Visual Studio, XrmToolBox, Dynamics 365 CE WebAPIExtensive experience and knowledge to design, code, test, debug, and document software in a variety of programming languagesExperience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environmentsHands-on experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft Dynamics Power PlatformHands-on experience with one or more of the following Dynamics 365 CE modules: Customer Service, Sales, MarketingExperience with latest programming languages and techniques, and extensive experience in creating strategies for developing IT systems and applicationsExperience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal approachesTeam player, adaptable, flexible, and able to handle multiple simultaneous projectsAdvanced knowledge of engineering disciplineAdvanced organizational, planning and time management skillsAdvanced skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisionsExpert research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExpert verbal and written communication skillsHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PMLocation: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180 | 5510 Heritage Oaks Drive Pensacola, FL 32526 | 141 Security Drive Winchester, VA 22602About UsNavy Federal provides much more than a job.
