No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform various tasks related to the assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment. Conduct quality inspections on the processing line to ensure products meet specifications. Adhere to clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Utilize basic tools and measurement instruments, such as microscopes. Collaborate with team members and leads to meet daily production goals. ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math calculations. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
