Manufacturing Manager - Hudson, Ohio - JOB 26-00226Salary Range: $100K - $115K Permanent Position with BenefitsHudson, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations, employees, and equipment.REQUIREMENTSHigh School Graduate or GED, (college degree preferred)2+ years' work experience as a Manufacturing ManagerComfortable with hiring and firing employeesoversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations, employees, and equipmentOEE, Gemba, Kaizen, & Lean manufacturing experience is desired to measure manufacturing productivity and identify the percentage of planned production time that is truly productive (monitor performance, quality, & safety)Steel manufacturing experience is a plusWrite or review manufacturing reports and discuss with team, peers, and GM.Analyze manufacturing data and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvementDirect corrections to manufacturing problems and foster a continuous improvement environmentProvide leadership and support to the manufacturing employees which includes coaching and/or counseling when necessaryKnowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)Shift: M-F (5:45) 6:00am – 4:30pm Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens!
