Showroom Coordinator
The Showroom Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors/customers of PPKC. They are the first point of contact and first impression of the company, greeting each guest as they walk in and helping them get to where they need to be in the showroom.GENERAL DUTIESBe an advocate of Pella Products of Kansas City, beyond the workplaceAvailable to work occasional Saturday’s as needed to support business operations.Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office. Gather information on visitors and relay to the appropriate person and/or office by following PPKC policy and procedures.Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls- provide basic and accurate information.Ensure Showroom area (including conference rooms) is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. Reports any damage or updates needed.Track marketing materials and office supply inventory levels, report to appropriate team member when supplies needed.Provide accurate and correct information from Pella KC to consumers in regard to appointments, pricing, product instructions, contracts, quotations, and reports.Able to utilize various Pella software to increase customer experience and satisfaction.Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel to create, build, & Maintain Sales Support Reports & Data.Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.Assists with the planning and preparations of Company Events and Meetings.Assists with the planning, preparation and execution of Pella Off-Site Events such as Home Shows, Conventions, Exhibitions, etc.Operate within company policies and procedures.Any additional duties that are assigned by management or company officers.QUALIFICATIONS:Salesforce Experience (Preferred): Knowledge or experience in the Salesforce industry is beneficial but not required.Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.Independent & Team Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative, goal-oriented team environment.Computer Proficient: Comfortable using computers industry-related software, and productivity tools.Strong Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for accuracy and quality in work.Continuous Learning & Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about staying current with industry trends, acquiring new skills and adapting to changes.PPKC values our team members and offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our team members.
