In this role, you'll help manufacture high-quality labels and packaging for leading brands in wine & spirits, health & beauty, and food & beverage.You'll work in a bright, clean facility with state-of-the-art printing and converting equipment and support our production operators by preparing materials, assisting with machine setups, and ensuring products meet our quality standards.This is an entry-level role with paid training and clear opportunities to grow into machine operator positions as you develop your mechanical and production skills.This is more than a production associate role—you'll be a key contributor to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Requirements: What You'll DoAssist machine operators with printing and converting equipment used to manufacture labels and shrink-sleeve packagingPrepare and stage materials, tooling, and components needed for production runsSupport machine make-readies and changeovers between jobsInspect printed materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are metPackage finished goods and prepare them for shipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and production proceduresAccurately record production information and assist with shop-floor data entryCommunicate with operators and supervisors regarding production needs or issuesSupport team objectives by assisting wherever needed on the production floorParticipate in training and continuous improvement initiativesAssist in other production areas as needed to support overall plant goalsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong work ethic and willingness to learn new skillsComfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environmentInterest in learning how industrial printing and converting equipment operatesBasic mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how machines workExperience using tools, repairing equipment, working on vehicles, building things, or operating machinery is a plusExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stay organized with strong attention to detailsPositive attitude and ability to work well as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to manage priorities and perform well in a fast-paced production settingPrevious manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not requiredWillingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvementPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs unassistedAbility to stand or walk for extended periodsAbility to work safely around moving equipment in a moderately loud production environmentVisual acuity to distinguish color, detail, and print qualityWhy You'll Love Working at CursiveCompetitive pay and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, and 401k)Paid training and career development opportunities in a fast-growing companyOpportunity to grow into skilled machine operator rolesWork in a modern, clean, state -of-the-art production facilityJoin a fast-growing company reshaping the packaging industryLean team where your work makes a visible impactOpportunity to work with world-class consumer brandsPerformance-driven culture that recognizes skill, effort, and resultsSupportive team that values collaboration, learning, and innovationThe Kind of Person Who Succeeds HereWe're looking for team members who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and learning how advanced manufacturing equipment operations .
