Each role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality service, and overall guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Set up banquet areas according to event layout and safety standardsProvide professional food and beverage serviceAssist with serving, clearing, and resetting tablesSupport bar setup, service, and breakdown (bartenders)Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house areasDeliver food efficiently from kitchen to guestsFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesMonitor guest needs and provide timely serviceAssist with event breakdown and cleanupWork collaboratively with team members and event leadsQualifications:Banquet, catering, or hospitality experience requiredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicFlexible availability for early shifts and event schedulesAbility to stand for long periods and lift equipment as neededAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAdditional Role Requirements:Bartenders: Must be able to set up and manage a bar independentlyLead Servers: Supervisory or leadership experience preferredBOH/Sanitation: Experience with cleaning and sanitation standards is a plusWhy Join Us?Flexible, on-call opportunitiesWork exciting, high-end eventsTravel opportunities available (for qualifying roles)Supportive and energetic team environment
