Compensation: The pay for this position is $22.00 per hour - bi-weekly Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: This position is a 3 month contract to hire assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 40–45 hours per week (onsite) Typing test needed Responsibilities: Support primary care providers with clinical documentation in real time Assist providers throughout the patient care journey Document patient encounters including history of present illness (HPI), assessment, plan, and physical exam Assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes Prepare After Visit Summaries (AVS) Request and review medical records to improve documentation accuracy Utilize population health tools to support clinical documentation improvement Participate in daily huddles and clinical documentation reviews Provide administrative and clerical support to providers and care teams Maintain compliance with HIPAA and facility policies Requirements: Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications required Prior clinical experience preferred (including shadowing, scribing, or volunteering) Strong listening, communication, and computer skills Ability to type 70+ words per minute preferred Must be a team player and self-starter Excellent attendance and ability to work onsite required Must have US work authorization Ability to commit to at least 1 year in the role Education: Required: High School Diploma If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to Jenise Nottage at jnottage@alinestaffing.com . .
