Description:
Markon is seeking a Project Integrator to support one of our Intelligence Community customers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate topics and briefings for governance meetings, staff meetings and partnership meetings.
Work with divisional project managers to coordinate project activities that require cross-divisional perspectives
Assist with process documentation requests
Assist the division chiefs in facilitating the flow of information across divisions and the front office
Work with communications team on publications
Compile weekly status reports and provide responses to corporate actions
Provide daily calendaring and de-conflicting of meetings and conference rooms
Maintain and populate SharePoint sites
Coordinate and assist in on boarding of new staff and contractors
Experience with building budgets is preferred
Requirements:
Active TS/SCI FSP
6+ years' experience
Previous experience with the customer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be comfortable working with senior government staff
Well organized
Understanding of working capital fund business model is a plus
