Administrative. Maintains constant inventory of marketing collateral (flyers, marketing books) for brokers. Routinely send out email blasts and campaigns to further teams brand and promote properties. Enter and update data daily to multiple property listing databases such as COCIE, CoStar, Loopnet, Crexi and internal databases. Support team by typing correspondence, sending documents, developing spreadsheets and updating contacts. Schedule, plan and prepare documents, materials and presentations for brokers meetings. Assist in building a strong client relationship and act as a secondary point of contact for clients. Develop marketing plan and budget in support of objectives. Processes listing and closed deal paperwork. Graphic Design. Designs and produces marketing collateral such as proposals, flyers, books, and floorplans in a timely fashion in Adobe In. Design and Photoshop. Creates powerful and creative corporate collateral using In.
