Your story matters – keep writing it as part of our team.Are you ready to join us?About The RoleStatista is looking for a Business Operations Manager, Americas to support the SVP of Americas during a pivotal phase of growth and operational build-out.This role sits at the intersection of commercial performance, global go-to-market coordination, and product scaling. You will play a critical role in ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into structured execution, with clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through.You’ll Work Across Three Key AreasSupporting performance and execution of the Americas commercial businessCoordinating a global GTM initiative across regions and functionsHelping scale Connect (Statista’s API product) through stronger operational infrastructureThis is a highly visible role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.What You’ll DoDrive Operating Rhythm & Execution (Americas)Establish and maintain leadership cadences (e.g., staff meetings, pipeline reviews, performance tracking)Improve execution through clear accountability structures and follow-upsSupport prioritization and progress tracking of key initiatives and decisionsMaintain continuity of operations when senior leadership is traveling or unavailableLead Cross-Functional Program ManagementProgram manage a global go-to-market (GTM) initiative spanning multiple regions and teamsCoordinate across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and regional stakeholdersTrack progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of commitmentsProvide structured updates and visibility to senior leadershipSupport Connect’s Commercial OperationsPartner with product and business operations teams to strengthen GTM execution for ConnectHelp build and refine processes for pipeline management, sales enablement, and marketing coordinationContribute to establishing scalable operating models as the product growsBuild Scalable, AI-Enabled ProcessesIdentify opportunities to streamline or automate manual workflowsLeverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and scalabilityContribute to embedding modern, data-driven ways of working across the teamQualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Chief of Staff-type rolesExperience supporting or partnering closely with senior commercial leaders (e.g., SVP, CRO, CMO)Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authorityStrong understanding of commercial operations, pipeline management, and GTM processesDemonstrated experience using AI or automation tools to improve workflowsBased in the New York City area (or willing to relocate) and able to work in-office 3 days/weekKey Skills & AttributesExecution-focused: Strong follow-through and attention to detailStructured thinker: Able to bring clarity and organization to complex initiativesCollaborative influencer: Builds relationships and drives alignment across teamsProactive communicator: Clear, concise, and timely in updates and follow-upsAdaptable: Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environmentHigh emotional intelligence: Navigates stakeholders effectivelyWhat Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)Leadership cadences and operating rhythms are consistent and effectiveCross-functional GTM initiatives are well-coordinated with clear visibility and ownershipSenior leadership is able to stay focused on strategic priorities vs. day-to-day executionConnect has improved operational structure supporting its commercial growthInitial opportunities for process improvement or automation have been implementedAdditional InformationThis is a Senior Individual Contributor role (aligned to Senior Manager level)Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in-office in New York CityThis role focuses on execution and operational excellence, with strong exposure to senior leadershipWhat We OfferIn addition to our great team, culture, and our shared goal of empowering people with data, there are many other things that make Statista a great place to work!
