We work with data centers, construction projects, and commercial clients across the country. We're growing and need a reliable, organized remote team member to help us stay on top of daily operations.---WHAT YOU'LL DO• Respond to emails and handle client communication in English• Schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls• Research data center construction projects and identify new business opportunities• Reach out to potential clients to offer our low voltage services• Search for technicians on Facebook, job boards, and other platforms• Monitor online groups and forums for technician requests or job leads• Support general business development tasks as needed---WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• Conversational English — written and spoken• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision• Basic computer skills: email, Google Sheets, social media• No specific industry experience required — we will train you• Must be available until 7:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
