Experience as a Warehouse Lead or worked in a Lead position within a warehouse is required.***The Warehouse Lead will guide the Bulk Shipping Team in completing daily outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:Assist and manage training of new team membersMake sure team members are daily checking out and returning knives, scan guns, radiosMaintain working knowledge of all phases of your department operationsConfirm orders are properly tendered, selected and loadedMake sure employees are working where needed and employees are staying busyAssist to maintain accurate inventories of all productsComplete required reportingMake sure Dashboard is checked and cleared out dailyProvide recommendations on areas of improvementDocument and inform Management of all priority tasks and personnel problemsReport any problems, discrepancies, issues to Management in a timely manner with written documentationResponsible for assisting with general upkeep of all areas/equipment/products in a neat, clean, and orderly mannerSet example to promote positive attitude and teamwork!Applicant must have current experience working in a warehouseExperience as a Warehouse Lead or worked in Lead position within a warehouse requiredWhat You'll NeedHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experienceAt least two (2) years' experience in warehouse/commissary operation, including the physical control and movement of inventory preferredMust have reasoning ability to solve basic, practical problems and understand a variety of instructionsBenefitsTKC Holdings, Inc. offers comprehensive benefits to all regular-full time employees:Medical w/prescription coverageBenefit Credit received when enrolled in a TKC medical plan, to help offset your benefit costs.
