Job OverviewThe Telemarketing Representative is responsible for contributing to the sales of Henry Schein products by fostering, developing, cultivating, reinforcing, and maintaining the sales and marketing activities of our organization. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to assigned physicians based on target lists, webinar leads and digital marketing programs. This position will also handle inbound calls generated from leads and our 1-800 numbers.Please note: The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday; 8:00AM - 4:30PM ESTKey ResponsibilitiesStrives to achieve established sales goalsHandles both incoming and outbound callsHandles multi-task responsibilities with both active and inactive accountsMaintains a daily average of 4 hours talk time and a minimum of 70 outbound callsDemonstrates high performance while maintaining profit dollar standardsUpdates and maintains current customer records by logging all information in the Customer Profile screen and changing NCD’s as necessaryEffectively utilizes the CSS, COE, and JDE systemsAdheres to all company policies and proceduresParticipates in special projects for Henry Schein division and performs other duties as requiredSpecific Knowledge & SkillsData entry skillsComputer proficiency requiredStrong communication skills requiredGeneral Skills & CompetenciesVery good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlinesVery good attention to detail and accuracyCustomer service oriented and ability to work with complex issuesAbility to plan and arrange activitiesVery good interpersonal communication skillsVery good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain confidential and highly sensitive informationAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to multi-taskWork ExperienceTypically 2 or more years of related experience.Preferred EducationTypically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. No special physical demands required.The posted range for this position is $35,093 - $48,254 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role.
