You'll have real ownership from day one and a clear path to grow into Technical Ownership, Product Ownership, Engineering Management, or Program Management.What You'll DoDrive polymer process and tooling development across active programsAuthor manufacturing instructions and provide hands-on manufacturing supportLead IPTs on small to medium size projects alongside Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Logistics, and ProductionInterface directly with customers, subcontractors, and production techniciansManage documentation, redlines, proposals, schedules, and budgetsWhat We're Looking For5 to 8 years of experience with composites, polymer materials, or injection molding/mixingBS in Polymer, Composites, Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, Civil, Structural Engineering, or Naval ArchitectureAbility to obtain and maintain a US DoD Security ClearanceUS Citizenship or Green Card requiredProficient in Microsoft Office; SolidWorks experience is a strong plusAS9100 or ISO9001 experience a plusStrong communicator with technical writing or work instruction experience preferredInterested?
