About the RoleGeode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. We are actively recruiting an Outpatient Psychiatrist in the Columbus, GA area to partner with us in transforming mental health by making it more accessible, affordable, and effective.ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients across a broad age range.Supervise Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).Participate in team-based care and collaborate with prescribers and therapists under one roof.Execute evidence‑based interventions and stay informed about advanced options such as TMS and Spravato.Contribute to the consistent achievement of clinically significant improvement for patients.QualificationsActive license to practice psychiatry in the state of Georgia.Active DEA license and Controlled Substance license in GA.Board eligible or active board certification in Psychiatry.Experience with a variety of patient case types and broad age range.Enthusiasm for supervising APPs.Compensation and BenefitsEstimated pay range: $385,000–$410,000.Competitive base salary and quality outcomes bonus, no earnings cap.Additional compensation for APP supervision.Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match.Life insurance, short- and long-term disability.Paid vacation and holidays.Flexible schedule with hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 days telehealth; optional four‑day work week).
