Education:Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field. Skills:Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Leadership:Strong project management skills, capable of leading teams and presenting to senior leadership Responsibilities:Design Leadership:Develop interior concepts, color schemes, and layouts for hospitality projects. Brand Alignment:Ensure all designs align with specific brand standards and elevate the owner's investment value. Project & Technical Management:Create and manage construction documents, detailed specifications (FF&E), and detailed 3D renderings. Collaboration & Coordination:Act as the liaison between contractors, architects, brand stakeholders, and purchasing teams to execute the vision.
