Front Desk Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our members. This is a sales + customer service position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment and understands that the front desk sets the tone for the entire gym experience. As the face of our facility, you will greet members with energy and professionalism, build meaningful relationships, and create a positive first impression for every guest who walks through the door. This role goes beyond checking people in — you will actively generate leads, support membership sales, and represent the gym within the local community.
