DevOps Engineer

*DevOps Engineer* Asensus is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join the software development team. This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of the development of next-generation surgical technology to pioneer a new era of clinical intelligence and superior outcomes. This role will contribute from start to finish to the design and development of next-generation technologies in surgical instrumentation and robotics by providing the infrastructure and state-of-the-art tools to the software team. The role involves a strong involvement in working with the engineers to learn what they need and build tools to make them more efficient and effective in their day-to-day work. Implement automation of software test tools, build process, and deployment. Select, evaluate, and test new technologies to help solve unique problems. Create technical documentation and manage third-party software licenses and accounts. All other duties as assigned *What You Bring* B.S. in Computer Science or similar technical degree with 2+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role. Previous experience with pipeline frameworks (examples: GitLab, Azure DevOps, CircleCI) Previous experience with pipeline tools (examples: Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, Jira) Knowledge of version control and configuration management Ability to learn new things quickly and to take ownership of projects. Willingness to partner with teams across geographies and cultures to drive development and achieve desired results. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as teamwork skills, are highly desirable. *Special Skills* Experience working with Jfrog Experience with Conan C/C++, Python programming experience preferred.
