Electrical Technician III
Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Electrical Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electromechanical systems at newly commissioned facilities in the White Castle, LA area. This is a field-based role ideal for a self-motivated technician who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and contributing to safe, reliable facility performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair electrical and electromechanical equipment issuesPerform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), safety inspections, and environmental checksMaintain accurate documentation for repairs, PMs, inspections, and parts usageAdhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standardsCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure timely issue resolutionSupport operational goals by implementing facility maintenance protocolsCollaborate with team members for seamless service delivery across assigned areasAssist both junior and senior technicians as needed with troubleshooting and repair workEnsure proper use, care, and calibration of tools, test equipment, and inventoryStay updated on applicable codes, standards, and best practices through trainingPerform other related duties as assigned Qualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredIn addition, one or more of the following:Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience or equivalent formal training in electrical or electromechanical maintenanceValid trade certificate or equivalent technical trainingAbility to read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and perform field-level troubleshootingProven track record of maintaining strong customer relationshipsCapable of working independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong organizational and documentation skillsMust possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred QualificationsAssociate's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or similar fieldFamiliarity with industrial facility maintenance or utility infrastructureSafety certifications such as OSHA or similar Work Schedule & Expense DetailsSchedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary based on workload"Hours worked are hours paid. No minimum hours are guaranteed.
