Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative for a full-time hybrid role based in Buffalo, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. This position involves managing customer inquiries, building relationships with clients, generating new leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying and delivering appropriate solutions. The role also includes maintaining and growing existing accounts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to enhance overall customer experience. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure positive client experiences Proficiency in Lead Generation and an ability to identify potential customers and opportunities Experience in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Background in construction equipment or related industries is an advantage but not required Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred J-18808-Ljbffr
