Senior Technical Program Manager - Security Programs
Overview
As a Security Technical Program Leader within Product Engineering, you will drive end-to-end IAM and enterprise security programs across security, IT, engineering, product, and operations. You will shape access governance, identity lifecycle, authentication, and privileged access to scale secure cloud infrastructure while maintaining high performance for customers. You’ll act as the primary liaison for security stakeholders, guiding cross-functional decisions and risk management. This role offers the opportunity to define scalable processes and automate identity operations at scale, contributing to CoreWeave’s mission to be the essential cloud for AI.

ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end programs for IAM and enterprise security initiatives across cross-functional teamsDefine scope, milestones, success metrics, and manage risks and dependenciesPartner with security, IT, engineering, product, and operations to align on IAM prioritiesServe as primary point of contact for security stakeholders with regular status updates and risk managementFacilitate technical discussions on identity, access, privacy, and compliance to align with infrastructure goalsDevelop scalable processes for access certification, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and least-privilege reviewsStrategically automate and improve day-to-day identity operations, processes and reportingTailor communications to diverse audiences and adapt to varying technical depth
Key requirements8+ years of Technical Program Management with focus on IAM, enterprise security, or identity governanceBachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience leading large-scale IAM initiatives (lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, access certification)Working knowledge of IAM platforms and protocols (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP)Understanding of Zero Trust and least-privilege models across workforce/workload identitiesStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaborationProficiency with program mgmt tools (Jira, Google Sheets) and process definitionLeadership and influencing skillsExcellent stakeholder managementAdaptability to varied leadership stylesOkta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure ADSAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAPZero Trust architecture
