Railroad Track Estimator
Delta Railroad Services is seeking a Railroad Track Estimator. The ideal candidate will be able to perform detailed takeoffs, handle pre-construction paperwork, prepare cost estimations, coordinate with suppliers, coordinate with customers, and attend bid meetings. This role requires an individual that is self-motivated, possesses strong communication/interpersonal skills, and is confident in their ability to develop and manage their assigned portion of the estimate.This position is preferred to be in office, with the flexibility for remote days, but may also be fully remote with one week per month spent in office. In addition to office time, periodic travel will be required for site visits, bid meetings, and coordination as needed. To support collaboration and minimize travel time, remote candidates should ideally be located within approximately four hours of our Ashtabula, OH office.
