The role offers direct exposure to the investment process, senior decision-makers, company management teams, and institutional-quality research from day one.Qualifications: 1 to 4 years of experience in I-banking, equity research, consulting or PE/HF investing.Responsibilities include:Performing deep fundamental company and industry research Building and maintaining financial models Monitoring earnings, filings, expert commentary, and channel checks Generating differentiated investment insights and idea work Utilizing AI and advanced research tools to accelerate analytical workflows Supporting portfolio managers on both long and short investment opportunities Ideal candidates will demonstrate:Exceptional intellectual curiosity and work ethic Strong analytical and communication skills Passion for investing and public markets Ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly Advanced Excel and research capabilities Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or financial modeling preferred This is an opportunity to work in a lean, high-performance environment where strong contributors can rapidly assume meaningful responsibility.Location: Darien, Connecticut & New York (hybrid) Workplace Type: In-personTo apply, please submit a resume and a brief investment idea or writing sample to candidate@occamcrest.com.
