• Set up, configure, and maintain *lab servers and test environments*.
• Execute hardware qualification tests and document results.
• Analyze failures, identify root causes, and work with engineering teams on resolutions.
• Perform system-level testing to ensure hardware meets quality and performance requirements.
• Prepare test reports and maintain qualification documentation.
