Quality Technician for Mechanical/Machined components

Key Responsibilities * Perform inspections on machined metal parts (primarily tubular components, under 8 inches diameter and up to ~5 feet long) * Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for inspections * Potential exposure to programming (nice-to-have) * Conduct manual inspections * Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications * Document inspection results and communicate findings, including nonconformances * Collaborate with engineers on inspection outcomes Required Experience & Skills Must-Have: * Experience with CMM operation (Zeiss preferred) * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings * Hands-on dimensional inspection experience * Strong attention to detail * Good verbal and written communication skills Nice-to-Have: * CMM programming experience * SAP experience * Zeiss certification * Experience in oil & gas or similar manufacturing environments Required Years of Experience * 2-3 years of CMM and inspection experience Education Requirements * High school diploma or GED Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * CMM operation - Zeiss : 1 year (Preferred) * inspection : 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
