In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your exceptional design skills and coordinate the creation of Instruction for Use (IFU) documents. Join our world-class team and contribute to the flawless labeling of our products.Key Responsibilities:Partner with Project Leads to ensure appropriate labeling requirements are providedCreate and maintain label recordsCreate and inspect label templates Coordinate Instruction for Use (IFU) - translation, graphic design, layout, and printingEnsure project commitments are met in terms of delivery dates and budgetProofread labels and IFUsEnsure labeling meets requirements from procedures, regulations & standards, packaging, and other business needsSeek opportunities to improve the labeling process in terms of quality, service, and costCommunicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management levelEnsure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and proceduresPerform other duties assigned as neededQualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredExperience and Skills:Required:A minimum of six (6) years of administrative experienceExperience working in a regulated medical industryAbility to prioritize work with limited supervisionStrong communication and prioritization skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of ApplicationsPreferred:Graphic design experience is preferredOther:This position requires to be in the office a minimum 3 days per week per JNJ flex policy
