This position is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, locate, stack, and count inventory while supporting daily warehouse operations.The ideal candidate has experience operating reach trucks, order pickers (cherry pickers), and RF scanners in a high-volume warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers safely and efficientlyPick and replenish inventory from elevated rack locationsLoad, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materialsUse RF scanners to track inventory movements and complete transactionsPerform order picking, put-away, replenishment, and cycle countingInspect equipment daily and report maintenance concernsMaintain inventory accuracy and productivity standardsFollow all OSHA and warehouse safety guidelinesAssist with general warehouse duties as neededQualificationsMinimum 1 year of Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker experienceExperience working in a distribution center or warehouse environmentRF Scanner experience requiredAbility to work at heights of up to 30+ feetStrong attention to detail and safetyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs when necessaryReliable transportation and excellent attendanceBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shiftComfortable working at elevated heightsAbility to lift, carry, and move materials as neededAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
