1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
4x10 schedule (Mon–Fri)
No travel
Key Responsibilities
Assemble major aircraft structures including fuselage panels and bulkheads
Build and repair subassemblies such as rudders, flaps, and stabilizers
Align components using jigs, fixtures, and templates
Perform drilling, riveting, trimming, reaming, and fitting
Use calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions
Execute structural repairs and modifications at a depot level
Ensure quality standards and process compliance
Basic Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong understanding of engineering requirements
Experience with structural repairs and modifications
Skilled with precision measuring tools
Experience working with aluminum and composite materials
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Advanced composite and structural repair experience
Leadership or lead tech experience mentoring others
Requirements
U. xywuqvp S. Citizenship required
Government contract role supporting the Navy
No clearance required
Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and at heights
