Contract
Description:
1) Support planning & Project development for new construction and renovation projects across North America
2) Develop and implement NA Building standards for best practices on projects
3) Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate and project schedules
4) Ensure compliance with all local related local code, & facility operations compliance
5) Maintain weekly project meeting reports, action items, schedules, oversee estimate develop and budget confirmation/tracking.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Level of Experience:
1) Min 5-10 years’ experience in architectural position with strong interior experience – Need an experiences person – 10+ years of exp is preferred
2) Preferable focus on commercial office interiors & building exteriors, building code knowledge
3) Demonstration of strong design and planning skills and knowledge of current design trends
4) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
5) Good organization, very strong detailed communication skills
6) Experience with furniture and renovation projects
7) Experience with programming to support daily operations
8) Experience using AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop (Revit knowledge desirable but not mandatory)
9) Site Master planning experience
10) NCARB preferred
11) Experience with preparing visual presentations using Microsoft Office and Adobe products
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
