Hiring DepartmentNovak CenterJob DescriptionHelp build one of the most innovative leadership programs in higher education!We're hiring a Program Director at the Novak Leadership Institute at the University of Missouri-an interdivisional unit powered by a transformational gift from David Novak, former CEO of Yum! Brands (parent of Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and KFC) and a proud Mizzou graduate. This is not a typical staff role. We're looking for someone who operates across teaching, strategy, and execution.What you'll do:Design and deliver leadership curriculum (students + executive education)Build partnerships across industry, campus, and communityLead marketing and communication efforts to grow programsMentor and coach studentsDevelop workshops, keynotes, and learning experiencesHelp shape long-term strategyWho this is for:* A builder who turns ideas into action and research into impact* A strong communicator who can teach, present, and influenceThe insight:Great leadership programs don't just build relationships-they help people make sense of purpose, direction, and impact.
