Litigation Associate - Junior or Senior LevelJob Title: Litigation AttorneyLocation: REMOTESkills required: Litigation experience, Lemon Law preferredWell-known Lemon Law Firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team in a remote capacity. Prior experience with lemon law not required, but it is preferred. This person will be either a junior or senior associate based on qualifications. See below:1. Senior Associate: This person should have 3+ years experience and trial experience. Someone that can handle a case load of 60-80 cases go to trials. Projected salary: $170-$220k plus bonuses.2. Junior Associate: This person should have at least 1-3 years experience with litigation. Able to handle a case load of 80 cases and build up cases in litigation (attending hearings, discovery, motions, and negotiations). Projected salary: $120-150k plus bonuses.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contractsConduct thorough case analysis and legal research to support litigation effortsRepresent clients in court and other legal proceedingsDevelop and implement effective litigation strategiesPrepare for trials, including organizing evidence and exhibitsManage the discovery process, including document collection and reviewPerform detailed legal writing for briefs and other submissionsNegotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clientsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal standardsHandle court filings and manage case timelinesAssist in depositions, mediation, and arbitration processesStay updated on civil procedure and relevant legal developments, particularly in Lemon Law casesQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolAdmission to CA state bar and in good standing3+ years of litigation experience preferredFamiliarity with civil procedureFamiliarity with trial preparation and court proceduresKnowledge of discovery processes and regulatory complianceAbility to work collaboratively in REMOTE environmentBenefitsHealth, Dental, VisionRetirementPTOREMOTE work  Email Your Resume In Word ToJoe.Kipp@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
