Title: Client Service SpecialistLocation: Boca Raton, FL (In-Person)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM ETCompensation: $50 - $60k /yearBenefits: Health insurance, 401(k), Unlimited PTO (after 90 days), Flexible scheduleAbout the RoleA growing wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Specialist (CSS) to support both client-facing and internal operations. CSS team members are cross-trained across multiple functions within a centralized service team focused on delivering a premium client experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting reminders for the advisory teamPrepare pre-meeting materials including agendas, slide decks, and reportsSupport new client onboarding — documentation, account setup, and process introductionHandle CRM data entry, account paperwork, and processingServe as the primary front-office contact — phones, visitors, and general inquiriesOversee daily office operations: mail, supplies, vendor relations, and facility coordinationMaintain communication records and ensure timely follow-upSupport leadership with administrative tasks and internal projectsRequired Qualifications1+ year of experience in a client service or administrative roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsResourceful and able to work independently
