With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5, you'll deliver personalized patient care while strengthening your expertise in post-cardiac procedures, monitoring for complications, and managing acute medical conditions.Role Responsibilities:Provide skilled, compassionate care to cardiac telemetry patientsCollaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team membersInitiate and titrate cardiac medications, including Tikosyn and SotalolMonitor patient rhythms and respond to emergent cardiac changesDocument assessments and care interventions accuratelyQualifications:Active KS RN licenseMinimum 1 year of hospital RN experienceACLS & BLS certifications requiredExperience with TR band preferredBSN preferred; ADN accepted with agreement to pursue BSN within 5 years
