We ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP while designing scalable processes and strong controls that support expansion across teams and geographies. Partnering closely with Sales, People, Legal, and Operations, we drive thoughtful spend management, contract oversight, and operational excellence, balancing precision with agility in a fast-moving environment where our work directly enables the company's next stage of growth.About The RoleWe're looking for a technically strong Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to own complex, non-routine accounting matters as Decagon scales. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives on solving thorny GAAP questions, revenue recognition, business combinations, and stock-based compensation among them, and can turn them into clear, well-documented conclusions the business can act on.
