Pool & Spa Technician – Service & Repairs (Full-Time)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool & Spa Technician – Service & Repairs to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role involves providing expert maintenance, repair, and servicing of pools and spas, ensuring optimal operation and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with equipment repair, and a passion for maintaining high standards of pool care. Duties Perform routine pool and spa maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing to ensure proper operation. Conduct repairs on pool and spa equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems using hand tools and power tools. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements efficiently. Inspect equipment for signs of wear or damage and recommend or execute preventative maintenance measures. Use hand tools and power tools safely to install, repair, or replace pool components. Document service activities accurately and communicate effectively with clients regarding work performed or needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician in pool and spa maintenance or related field preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and troubleshoot equipment effectively. Experience with pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and general maintenance procedures. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools required for various repair tasks. Strong understanding of pool equipment operation and repair techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls efficiently. Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites. Prior experience working with maintenance or equipment repair is highly desirable.
