Description:Position Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administrative functions of assigned residential or commercial properties managed by Adamas Building Services. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and a high standard of property appearance while maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and staff.Salary: $70,000-$80,000 depending on experienceKey Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with Adamas standardsSupervise on-site staff including concierge, maintenance, housekeeping, and security personnelServe as the primary point of contact for property owners, boards, and residentsConduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall conditionCoordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and repairs in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local lawsDevelop and maintain operating budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunitiesHandle incident reports, complaints, and emergency situations professionally and promptlyMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property operationsAssist with staff scheduling, training, and performance managementPromote a high level of customer service and resident satisfactionRequirements:Qualifications:Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related fieldStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of building operations, maintenance, and vendor coordinationProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (preferred)Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and emergencies if neededWorking Conditions:On-site position at assigned propertyMay require standing, walking, and responding to on-site issuesOccasional after-hours availability for urgent mattersAdamas Core Expectations:Deliver white-glove service to all clients and residentsMaintain professionalism, reliability, and attention to detailUphold Adamas standards of excellence in all aspects of property management
