This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support both front office operations and clinical care, playing an essential part in delivering an exceptional patient experience.Key Responsibilities:Patient Engagement: Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arriveClinical Support: Prepare treatment areas, organize equipment, and assist physical therapists with patient setup and positioning during sessionsClinic Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized environment to promote patient safety and comfortAdministrative Assistance: Support front office operations, including scheduling coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasksTeam Collaboration: Adapt between front desk and clinical responsibilities, working closely with team members to ensure seamless clinic operationsWhat We’re Looking For:We’re looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, and adaptable—someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in physical therapy, healthcare, or a related clinical setting (preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patientsOrganizational skills and attention to detail for managing administrative tasks and maintaining clinical areasAbility to multitask and transition flexibly between front desk and clinical responsibilitiesPhysical capability to assist with patient positioning and equipment handling as neededReliability and a collaborative team-oriented mindsetAdditional InformationAt Spring-Klein Physical Therapy, we believe in fostering a rewarding and supportive work environment.
