By leveraging AI to optimise media delivery in real-time, we drive measurable uplift for business outcomes and more effective advertising across online and offline marketing goals, including brand lift, purchase intent, consideration, foot traffic and sales.The Role:LoopMe is hiring a VP of Enterprise Platforms to own and scale our Curation and AMP (Audience Measurement Platform) businesses. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise adoption, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships across curated supply and audience-driven measurement, with a strong focus on enterprise buyers and premium consumer app developers.The VP will operate at the intersection of enterprise go-to-market strategy, consumer app developer partnerships, and platform innovation, helping define how curated inventory and audience measurement come together to deliver differentiated performance for our enterprise platform partners.This role will work cross-functionally across demand partnerships, supply partnerships, product, and corporate development to accelerate growth and establish LoopMe as a leading platform for enterprise buyers and premium app developers.Core Responsibilities:Own the Enterprise Platform BusinessLead revenue growth, adoption, and performance for LoopMe's Curation and AMP platformsDevelop and execute the enterprise GTM strategy for curated supply and audience measurement solutionsDrive adoption with enterprise platform partners and premium consumer app developersBuild Strategic PartnershipsEstablish senior relationships with large consumer app developers and enterprise buyersIdentify and launch strategic programs that combine curated supply, audience measurement, and performance outcomesPartner closely with internal teams to unlock new platform partnerships and revenue opportunitiesScale the PlatformDefine success metrics and performance benchmarks across scale, quality, and performanceHelp shape the roadmap and commercialization of LoopMe's enterprise platform capabilitiesWork cross-functionally with product, engineering, and corporate development to bring new opportunities to marketLead and Grow the TeamBuild and lead a high-performing enterprise teamRecruit, mentor, and develop top commercial talentFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performanceRequirementsWho You Are:A senior ad tech leader with experience across programmatic, curation, audience measurement, and marketplace platforms10+ years of delivering revenue $25M ARR+ while bridging the gap between existing products and new solutions to help clients solve complex business problemsProven in scaling enterprise-facing products that connect supply, demand, and dataProven success in building, mentoring and leading global or distributed teams to achieve revenue targetsComfortable working directly with strategic app developers to align incentives, measurement, and monetizationCommercially minded, highly collaborative, and metrics-drivenAble to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, with executive presence internally and externallyBenefitsWhat we can offer Bonus + equity Hybrid working; meaning you'll split your week between the office and home Unlimited/Self managed paid time off 1 month work from anywhere Healthcare 401k LoopMe Gives Back; we have a committed and active CSR team who organise regular events to hold up our pillars of Learning, Charity, Wellbeing, Responsibility and Sustainability We'll set you up for success, providing training and career development
